Hello, my name is Nour. In arabic it means light of the sun, which is the source of energy in the middle of our solar system.

I grew up in Beirut, Lebanon. A small country in the center of our planet.

Also in the center of a multitude of conflicts.

I am a middle child, so I am skilled at negotiation, facilitation, moderation, creativity, tolerance, planning, strategizing...

Also parent-pleasing.

I speak three languages, which gives me flexibility and allows me to adapt to a multitude of situations.

Being trilingual also gives me room to play and jump between and across languages, contexts, and humor.

I consider myself a middle-woman. I am perfectly positioned for negotiation.

I almost feel as if I was born for this role.

I am a facilitator. I listen to both sides of a problem to collectively design a creative strategy that serves everyone.

I am a researcher. I identify the right set of questions to find the missing piece of the problem, and design solutions accordingly.

I am a storyteller. I stretch boundaries, observe patterns, and create connections to serve the needs of my clients.
